Especially for parents who already have had a baby, 5 classes, totalling 10 hours, held on Tuesday evenings. Also available as Saturday classes.

For those who have unusual concerns to address privately, or whose schedules don't coincide with group classes
A complete private series, totalling 6 hours

Private refresher series totalling 4 hours
