Having your first baby? It's so exciting, but you can also feel so uncertain about so many things. Our complete childbirth course helps you prepare for the birth of your little one step-by-step, in an easygoing atmosphere that's fun and engaging (even for the guys!). You'll get to know other parents like you while you learn practical strategies and tools to help you plan for the birth you want, no matter what that is. You'll feel confident and in control, even if there are times when things don't go to plan, and you'll get a solid grounding into all you want to know about day-to-day life with your brand-new baby.

The Complete Childbirth Series is run on Tuesday evenings and Saturdays. The full evening course runs for 6 weeks while the Saturday course runs for three sessions. The evening course is a rolling course so you can start anytime.

The Complete Childbirth Class Series costs $450, covering attendance for both you and your partner, or another supporter. When you sign up for classes you also receive:
