Labour days allow you to attend a comprehensive childbirth class where everything is covered in one day. The class is run on Sundays from 10am to 4pm. Lots of breaks and opportunities for stretching are provided to allow you to enjoy the class without feeling overwhelmed or exhausted.

The Labour Days classes provide all the information you need to approach labour and birth without fear and know just what to expect. For those who would also like to attend parenting and breastfeeding classes, you can attend the evening or Saturday classes on these topics.

The Labour Days classes cost $250, covering attendance for both you and your partner, or another supporter. When you sign up for classes you also receive:

a copy of The ParentLink Guide to Having Your Baby in Singapore, a book written especially for parents in Singapore for a nominal fee of $10
invitations to twice-monthly Newly Born and Nearly Born Gatherings throughout your pregnancy and after your baby is born
membership in BabyLink, ParentLink's free mother-and-baby support group
telephone and email support when you have questions
free access to the ParentLink lending library
refreshments during group classes

ParentLink classes are tailored to the needs and concerns of the parents participating. We follow your lead, so no two classes are ever exactly the same.

Please note: Labour Days classes must have a minimum of 3 clients to take place. If there are less than three couples we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
