Class Dates

HypnoBirthing^® courses are run over 5 sessions, with each session lasting for 2½ hours. Classes are available on Wednesday evenings or Saturday afternoons.

Wednesday evening classes

Wednesday evening classes are held from 7.30pm to 10.00 pm. Refreshments are provided. If you have taken HypnoBirthing before, you can attend classes 1-4 at a reduced price. Please call for details.
