Yukiko Cecilia Mizushima is a certified hypnotherapist (NGH, IMDHA, IACT), Quantum-Touch® Instructor/Practitioner and yoga instructor from Institute of Vivekananda Yoga and Research Development, India (I.V.Y.R.D.). She is also a certified yoga teacher for kids from Global Family Yoga, USA, and baby yoga and toddler yoga instructor from Birthlight, UK.

Yukiko is from Japan and spent seven years in Australia where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Asian Studies) from the University of Sydney. Since 2001, she has been based in Singapore.

Since young, Yukiko has always been interested in the healing arts, spirituality and metaphysics. Naturally, she chose to take this path. She started studying various forms of holistic healing modalities and attending numerous workshops to gain knowledge and skills so that she can help to heal and improve people's lives. She also holds a Certificate of Counselling from Lee Community College, Singapore. All these exposure and experiences accelerate her personal and spiritual growth.

Yukiko's vision is to help others take charge of their lives and create the lives they love. Her warm and loving personality allows many to trust her to help them in their best interests and to their highest good.

Currently, she is studying Anusara yoga and has completed Anusara Immersion 1, 2, 3 with Patrick Creelman, intensives and workshops with Amy Ippolti, Desiree Rumbough and Ross Rayburn. She hopes to become a certified Anusara-Inspired yoga teacher in the near future.
