Preconception Planning Workshop - Evenings

Not pregnant yet but wanting to give your baby its best start? This three hour workshop will provide you all
you need to know to alter your diet to maximize your health including pointers to reduce your risk of morning sickness, tone your
body to ensure your have the stamina for labour, and to have a positive mental approach improving your probability for conception.

7:00PM to 10:00PM
Cost:
The workshop will cost $150.
This fee includes GST, all parent resources for the course.
